- Co-led MetaCat development: internal metadata catalog improving discoverability and usability of non-public datasets, with 325+ data assets from 21 agencies.
- Trained 400+ city staff across 15 agencies on WorkerConnect, NYC's cross-agency data-sharing platform enabling caseworkers to better serve vulnerable New Yorkers.
- Built open-source tools enabling LLMs to query NYC Open Data APIs; delivered 4 presentations on responsible AI use for government data through the Open Data Ambassador program.
- Drove data standards working groups including the Data Asset Working Group; created internal collaboration website (nycdata.nycnet) consolidating 35 resources for the initiative.
